Purpose: 55+ Fellowship is a Ministry to address the needs of Seniors in the church. To provide opportunities to participate in various recreational, intellectual and cultural growth activities. To service the community and be informed on current events, health issues, and other interests to Seniors and their families.
Major Activities: Partner with the Bereavement Committee to co-sponsor workshops; Annual Group Picnic in July; Medical Issues Workshop for Seniors; Viejas Shopping Trip (benefit the Storehouse); Various Day Trips; presentation of engraved Baby Scrolls to parents of newborns; Christmas Senior Project (Cards & Visitation); and our Annual Christmas Party.
Meeting Dates: Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 11 a.m. in the Library.
