Cherub Choir
Holman’s Cherub Choir
Shirley Brown, director
Holman's Cherub Choir sang its first performances in the 1980's.
The Choir's talented singers range in age from 3.5 years to 6th grade students. They sing music which emphasizes the life of the Church. The Cherubs grace the church with their voices in Christmas, MLK Day, 'Black History Month', Easter, Kwanzaa, & the various Church School Programs during the year.
The Cherub Choir leaves the church grounds (but not the Church) to serve the community in many ways. The convalescent hospitals on Adams Boulevard wait with anticipation for the Choir's next visit and the Cherubs appear annually in the International Children’s' Concert.
This beautiful, talented group of children serves God in their special way. As they grow and mature physically, the church grows and blossoms spiritually.
The Cherub Choir sings 2nd Sundays at 8 and 11 a.m.
