Join Delaware State University Concert Choir at Holman UMC for Winter Storm Stella Benefit Concert!!!!
As you know, residents across the north east region are battling heavy snow and strong winds due to Winter Storm Stella. The blizzard has grounded and delayed and grounded travel across the country. Students from the Delaware State University Concert Choir was in LA for a week-long Spring Break Tour. The blizzard conditions have made these students unable to fly back to Delaware until Wednesday. This has resulted in unplanned expenses in accommodation, food and transportation totaling $5K.
To defray these unexpected expenses,
Holman United Methodist Church is opening up their sanctuary to host a benefit concert with the choir on Tuesday evening at 7pm. Though the concert will be free, a Love Offering will be received to help with costs related to their delayed departure and displacement.
